    As an advocate for heart-centred living, Kazzie is a teacher of Vedic Meditation, Corporate Wellness, Mentor, Reiki healer, and also specialises in Yin and Menopause Yoga. After 25+ years in the corporate world, Kazzie’s path led her to a life devoted to inner connection and guiding others towards authentic harmony. With warmth and compassion, she shares ancient wisdom and practical support through meditation courses, retreats, mentoring and online resources such as Insight Timer.

    Originally from the UK and now living on the Mid North Coast of NSW, Australia with her husband, Kazzie is a proud mum to twin girls and has a deep love for family, adventure, travel, and moments of quiet connection in nature, especially by the ocean. Her teachings reflect her own journey of transformation, offering others the tools to live with balance, wholeness, and fulfilment, cultivating inner connection and creating a ripple effect of calm and equilibriumin their lives.

  • Natasha Mason

    Alongside her role as a Vedic Meditation Teacher, Natasha is an Ayurvedic Postpartum Doula, and Reiki healer. Over the past 12 years, she has also been the Director of Nourish Melbourne, connecting individuals with wellbeing practitioners and products, while hosting wellbeing events for over 3,000 guests. Natasha is also the host of the Agents of Wellness Podcast, where she shares insights on nurturing balance and self-care.

    Natasha finds joy in igniting a sense of purpose, passion, and self-compassion in others. Her mission is to help people experience these qualities in their own lives, inspired by the transformative impact of her own twice-daily meditation practice.

    Living in Bayside Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, Natasha flows between her roles as a mum, wife, business owner, teacher, mentor and coach, embracing each role with warmth and devotion, drawing inspiration from her family, her surroundings, and her commitment to her own wellbeing.
